Weeks #12 & 13
Welcome back!
I hope everyone has a safe, healthy and happy Thanksgiving!
Our semester is picking up speed! Lets jump in and re-cap where we are at, and where we are going!
Assignment #3 – student updates & progress – Discussing formatting options, layout and pushing the assignment through parts 2&3 – this example below is all derived from my class demonstration. Seemingly simple or banal shapes can come together into many more ways that one may think at first.
Assignment #4 – Personal Brand / Visual Identity (this will be our last assignment and it is an extension of the skills learned in project #3 (we shall discuss in full!)
Final Project / Class ZINE Collaboration – each student (and me) will contribute a page to this project, we shall discuss in our zoom session on 11/30 – the content and subject matter is OPEN and up to the student.
Final Presentation – NYIT schedules our final exam date / time )same as class day and time) We do not have a “final exam” but we will present in zoom a final portfolio of completed works. I will will share a process on how to prepare your works into one PDF document.
